Booking and Payment Terms

Wraparound (breakfast, after-school and sports/hobby) club places are bookable and payable in advance of sessions via our school payment system (eduspot/schoolmoney). At the end of each half term, the booking system will be available for the upcoming term - a text will be sent to notify parents/carers when clubs are available to book via the website eduspot.co.uk or app ''Teachers2Parents'.

Acceptance of your payment via eduspot is confirmation that your child has a place at the club/s you have requested. Please check you have received a receipt before sending your child to club.

Breakfast and After-school Club: If you wish to book a place for your child/ren you will be required to select sessions by day, for each week in the term. The booking system allows for irregular patterns of attendance to accommodate parents who work irregular shifts. We aim to be as flexible as possible with both our breakfast and after-school club and offer the option to pay weekly / fortnightly / monthly or termly in advance to suit your needs however, we impose a strict deadline for booking the Thursday prior to the week you require wraparound; once the booking has been taken offline there will not be an option to book a place for your child/ren unless for an exceptional circumstance such as a one-off emergency. In this instance, please contact the office or email to check availability.

To cancel your child's place we require 24-hours notice by emailing and a credit will be applied to your account. A charge will apply if we do not receive 24-hours notice.

Sports & Hobby Clubs: If you wish to book a place for your child you will be required to select and pay for your chosen activity for the full term. If part way through the term your child decides they no longer wish to attend the club, please email and we will issue a credit for the remaining sessions. No credits are offered for ad hoc sessions missed.

If you experience any issues with booking, have any questions, or require a password reset please contact Jo - .

PayPoint

If you are unable to pay online, unique reference barcodes are available from the school office. Payments can then be made at any paypoint store. Our nearest paypoint stores are Elton Garage or Littledean Stores. Please register your interest by emailing Jo Young and once paid send your receipt into the school office detailing the club/s you have registered for.

Childcare Voucher Scheme and Tax Free Childcare
